Computer Classes

One of the ways that we are assisting the community and the church is by teaching computer classes to several different groups. One of the first groups we have targeted to use our computer training facilities is preachers. The other group we have targeted and are teaching is teenagers. Some of the participants in both groups come from congregations 2 hours away to attend these classes. Both groups have shown much interest and are eager to learn more in our beautiful training facility.

All our classes are offered to the students at no cost. Note that we advocate the use of and use exclusively open source software (E.g. Linux and OpenOffice) so that the student will not have to pay an exorbitant amount or pirate software in order to use the software in the future. As our introductory classes continue, we will offer more advanced classes. We have already been approached to offer advanced networking and graphics classes to the community.

Also note that all our classes have a focus on the Bible. Time is spent each class discussing and meditating on appropriate scriptures.
