Area-Wide Worship: Barrio San Isidro
A joyful worship time was had Sunday, 18 of October 2009, under a grove near the church building of the church of Christ at Barrio San Isidro in Catacamas, Olancho, Honduras. Congregations from different parts of Catacamas joined in a united worship and members were present from congregations as far away as 2 hours (Las Cabas y Las Casitas) joined with their brothers closer at hand.
Un tiempo de adoración alegre fue el domingo, 18 de octubre de 2009, bajo algunos de árboles cerca del edificio de la iglesia de Cristo en el Barrio de San Isidro, en Catacamas, Olancho, Honduras. Congregaciones de diferentes partes de Catacamas se unieron en un culto unido y estuvieron presentes los miembros de las congregaciones tan lejanas como 2 horas (Las Cabas y Las Casitas) se unieron con sus hermanos más cerca.

Top
Quarterly Meeting at Las Camilas
4 times a year, the church leaders in Olancho, Honduras gather together to share ideas and to hear good teaching. So far this year, the meetings have been held in Rio Tinto (Dec 2008), Arimís, La Sosa, and this time in Las Camilas. It was amazing to see so many leaders gathered at this congregation far up in the mountains. It was very encouraging to hear the Word brought to us and to sing together. It was a delight to fellowship with these brothers (and some sisters) who are sowing the seed of the Kingdom in many different places and in different ways.The next meeting is set to be in the iglesia de Cristo in Barrio La Trinidad, Catacamas in January.

There were actually 3 more brothers from Culmí and the driver that are not in the photo. Not sure when many of them got in the truck, but they were in the back when we arrived! | ||||
