The Good News will Be Preached

We are very excited to announce that Juan Antonio Monroy will be speaking in Tegucigalpa, Honduras the 23rd through the 26th of October. In the opinion of many who have heard him speak, he is one of the greatest thinkers and expositors of God´s Word in either the spanish or english languages.

His general topic for the series will be The Primitive Church, A Model of Impact for This Century

Juan Monroy has written 25 books, some of which have been translated into english, portugese and french. He has received the Doctor Honoris Causa from the Defender Theological Seminary of Puerto Rico, as well as from Pepperdine University of Los Angeles (California) and an Award in Communication from Abilene Christian University (Texas). He has written and published more than 3000 articles. Some of the books he has written are: Men of Fire (Hombres de Fuego), The Mystery of God (El Misterio di Dios), and Strong as Death (Fuerte Como la Muerte).

He has toured 54 countries of the world and has just returned from 11 days in Cuba. There he was giving assistance and encouragement to those who have suffered from the 2 major hurricanes this summer.

We have received a tentative outline for the topics to be covered in this conference.

More details will be forthcoming as soon as we can get them. The listener should understand that, as with any excellent expositor, the topics will be adjusted by the speaker depending on the needs of the audience.

Along with the seminar series, there was to be a concert Saturday evening (26th of Oct) by the acapella singing group, Voces. Unfortunately this had to be cancelled due to lack of funds by the Honduran churches sponsoring the seminar to pay the required expenses for their trip.
